Every time I try to start the game the screen goes black for a couple of seconds. After that I'll find myself on the desktop with the error message saying that my video card "does not support vertex shaders".
Yes, I do have the latest drivers and the game update ( I re-installed the drivers, the game and the update 3 times). I also checked out the forum for tips and tried them. Nothing.
I have: AMD64 6000+, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX, 2gb RAM, Windows XP Home..
Any tips?
PS: I also cant run DoomIII or Quake IV even with updates.
