First i start the game then i do ''start new game'' then there comes his story and then the problem.
''loading'' after that i get a black screen.

I am downloading version 1.0 now maybe install that one first then 1.1 and then the patch ??????

I'm a noob, but the error logs says at first, it can't configure your new profile. something to do with the cfg file,
then it can't find anything. Have you tried moving the penumbra folder or renaming it? If you have, move it back, name it properly or reinstall.

Yes, but the log file says that it cant find any of the files. Try uninstall, and install.

i did that 4 times ! now is the 5 th ! :S i think i will give it up ! :S

Sometimes downloads corrupt. Especially during big files and a download manager.

Question: What version of windows are you running?
Also: Look for those files in your redist directory.

You wouldn't want to play the game on that kinda spec. 800x600? Low quality? Pff.

your card is not supported for starters
about the entity erros: ask jens or thomas

The card is not support, entity errors are supposed to be there.
