can you do the turkish language pack
but you don't do this.

well you have little english but thats ok
a language pack in your language is not possible
since the language has strange symbols (according to the computer), it will need unicode support to display it correctly
and at this point; penumbra hasent got unicode

No, there is already a Russian translation, so it's possible to do it. The only thing that won't work are languages which don't fit on a code page, like Japanese or Chinese.
