i've been everywhere - in excavation and saw a tunnel on the ceiling, the storage is closed, then i took a saw from the tool shed and used it on the wooden plank blocking the door, i went to iron mines and connected the cable but the machine doesn't work.

You need to get the ignition key and some gasoline from the storage.

To get to the storage room, you have to crawl through the ceiling tunnel. You can get there using the broken ladder, some boxes and the "altar" platform,
In the storage room ("the place where things are kept") you will find a key and "the juice" (gas) which you can "feed" to the "metal monster" ;)

You can force the can open when you use your hammer on it
