when press star , black screen and the monitod displayes "dont support video mode". The sound looks normal but the screen still black with that message until i go out via task administrator

Probably you have mixtured with the screen resolution. Change it.

i hace change desktop resolution and color depth for various values and the error continues.
I have uninstall game and install again , deleting before any registrer entry for penumbra nad deleting all previous files and the error continues.
And finaly i install the game in another PC and copying the files overwriting the existing install of penumbra and the error continues.
i must say that ,at the begining, i download the demo and everything was OK. Then i change the game resolution to 1024x760 and so start the problem. From that moment the error happens for any install of demo or game for any directory.
