You get rep by other members, for example if you did a good custom story or you helped them they can give you +1 rep it doesn't do anything special

Lol it doesn't do anything, it's up to the members here to give it. For whatever reason they choose =P Like SilentStriker said, it's usually given for helping out and making good custom stories. But again, it's up to the members to give it or not. It doesn't do anything, just shows off deeds, I suppose.

People like Statyk and Tanshaydar are just really awesome, they help people and deserve it. But don't see it as something to feel superior over people who have less.
