Well make sure you're installing the drivers you actually need, google drivers for whatever graphics card you have.

@OP if you cant figure it out then that is saddening - any way here is a guide...

1) Google GPU ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 drivers download
2) Download them
3) Install the drivers
4) Play overrated game :3
