Game music continues to play even with game minimized

When taking pictures of the game, I discovered the music continues to play when it's minimized. It causes no difficulty re-opening the game, or no performance issues.
But it might be alittle annoying to some users(if this bug is wide-spread)
I use Windows XP (Don't know what version)

Known issue, it is something that we will probably fix in a patch later on.

hack.. when i minimize and then open again and i stopped the game, opening it back up and resuming shows the penumbra logo enlarged and blinking with the sound of the game working..
