Scariest Crap In You Pants Moments

The first moment was in the storage. I collected all rods, saw the grunt, ran upstairs thinking that now I can reach back hall if I run fast enough without looking back and faced another grunt coming at me. I got disoriented and eventually killed.
The second was brute in the sewers.
And the third one was escaping the cells through those endless tunnels, while something was roaring and rumbling behind. It may not seem very scary, but the tension was very high.
