I had a little talk with him. For a moment, I actually thought all of these were just a misunderstanding; and he actually had some sense of respect. It turned out I was too stupid to think like that. Wow, it took you that long to realize that he was like that ? Most of his videos are just repeated unfunny roleplays and sex jokes.

P.S. Tanshaydar, a lot of people LOVED White Night, including me. It's just one person that doesn't like it, I don't think it makes a difference. You did an excellent job on it, trust me.

yeah but that one person happens to be the most well known custom story LPer on youtube. he literally just told 50,000 people (that's how many subscribers he has) that WN sucked. do you think that people that were considering playing it that watched that video are still gonna want to? i mean that's the equivalent of having robert egbert say that a movie that you spent 5 years making is terrible.

I noted that this thread was revived, and I couldn't help but share my opinion on the matter at hand. Ahem.

1) Pewdie is amusing. I'll give him that. However, he evidently has the attention span of a gnat. He lives for the jump scares, which is all fine and dandy. Yet, he runs into problems because of this. His jokes are repetitive, but y'know, it's good to see a good ol' Stephano joke. It's familiar territory, and his trademark. Yet he diverts his attention too much away from things. Words cannot describe how painful it is to watch him play something and he won't know what to do because he rushes and doesn't pay attention, even when progression is obvious. He stopped playing my mod halfway through because he wasn't paying attention. It's a let down. Granted, I was far, far, far more excited when I heard that Cry was going to do mine. Why? Because Cry is a better LP-er. That's my opinion. If you don't like it, too bad.

2) In response to Jinxi, I happen to agree with Tanshaydar here. It's offending to hear things like "This mod sucks". Especially when you pour so much time into a project you're devoted to. 10 months of development. That's insane. I put three months into Unsterblich. I couldn't imagine 10. Granted, yes, it's one man stating that he doesn't like it amid a sea of people who love it. But you also do have to consider that he told thousands of people that it sucked, which is bad for Tan's rep. I was also rather irritated by your snide comment of having Tanshaydar lose his position as moderator. I feel as though Tanshaydar's reaction is entirely allowable. You, however, saying he should lose his position is incredibly rude, especially considering that you're fairly new here. This, I find, was the rudest comment.

3) Flamez, relax. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, and are free to express said opinion. Whether you like it or not is your problem.

4) Tanshaydar. I, like many, will surely agree that White Night is the BEST mod out there. End of story.

Never said I didn't like their opinion, all I said is that Tan already stated that he was not going to talk about this subject anymore;meaning that progressively talking about it will only cause either him or someone else to get involved again. There is no need to keep reviving this conversation when there really is no need to.

I have not stated my opinion on this matter as of now; and I have not made fun of anyone else's. I apologized to Tan in a private message, I was hoping we could solve it between me and him as men.
I said I was truly sorry if I offended his work and that it was never my intension to insult him. I offered him an idea of how to justify the situation but he said no. I also even say in my video "its a great mod, but its not for me".
I'm sure everyone knows already that it is a fantastic mod. The fact that I didn't enjoy lets playing it shouldn't dishonour it's reputation.
I do understand Tan being upset. I know what it feels like to get insulted for my work and I feel really bad about the situation since it was never my intension to insult him or hurt anyone. It all seems like a misunderstanding to me, my videos are purely comedy and shouldn't be taken seriously. I explained this to Tan as well.
I was hoping my apology would suffice but apparently it didnt.
I've learned to be more careful with my words when playing someone's custom story next, and maybe Tan learned to be more resilient the next time someone critiques his work.
Either way, I'm a busy man, and dealing with people who hates me is at the bottom of my list. I wont be going near any of his work in the future to prevent this form happening again and this is the last you'll hear me speak about it. ^^
