Game freezes when trying to pick up an item

I've tried this on both the original game and on Justine,
When I get to an item (the tinderbox in the room next to where Daniel wakes up in Amnesia, and the lantern in Justine), the game freezes.
The audio continues for a couple of seconds, then cuts off.
I'm playing on all low settings, turned everything off, tried various resolutions, no help.
I'm using a Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430, and I've heard this game can be very particular over which graphics card is being used...
All the Penumbra games work flawlessly

Your graphic card is too old to handle the game. That might be the problem.

1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.

Windows 7 64
and desktop

I think what Tanshaydar said is probably the reason, but I would love to get your opinion

Make sure you have this installed:

If it does not help then your graphics card can only barely play the game.
