Crashes :(

1. win7 32 bit
2. Lap top Dell, but has had the iternals redone, so no idea :/

Had #0 renderer issues before, stopped when I did a complete system update.

Now have issues opening, opens a black window, says crashed, Then fails to scan, windows says it crashed and couldn't find a solution. PLZ help.
