I also checked some guides and there is no water there for them and the can thing is also not lit.

It seems like you already lit the big can. Push it towards to center of the large room and fire alarms will go crazy, just for you.
If that fails, try to load an earlier save.

That doesn't work for me, when I enter the room the can is already lit. Even. If I load an older save the can will stay lit.

I remember there's sprinklers on the ceiling in the bigger room. Place the flaming barrel under one of those sprinklers, and alarm should get the alarm noise, and door should be opened shortly after that.

I have the same problem

there was an update and since then there is a different solution for this puzzle

since the update there is another solution needed, the electric box won't produce sparks and the barrel is already on fire. I heard you must break the iron bars above the hole then jump in and get a fuse. then place the fuse in the electric box and turn the switch. now place the barrel (which is already lit) under the sprinklers and then it works


BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO BREAK THOSE BARS!!!
