PointLight2D

Hi, whenever I run Penumbra, I am able to go through everything at the beginning, choose the new game option, continue through the next cut scene but am unable to go any further because it freezes and wont respond. Then comes up with Fatal Error Cannot Load PointLight2D. Can anyone help me please.

My Laptop is able to run the game.

It sounds like you don't have a complete installation and are missing some files in the core folder.

Ok thanks, is there any way i can find out which ones

specifically that error is talking about core/textures/PointLight2D.bmp.

If the file is missing, I would check to ensure you have enough free diskspace and re-install for the installer. If you purchased it from the Frictional Games store I believe you should be able to redownload from there..

Can you send the full HPL.log file??

Also what OS are you running?? (Windows, Mac, Linux)?

Huh sorry, kinda confused with the 1st part and Windows. I have checked the requirments and my Computer meets them easily
