RE: 2007-09 Thursday 13th, Penumbra: Black Plague to be published worldwide Q1 2008

To clear things up:

Because of major problems we have had with our previous publisher, Lexicon Entertainment, our development on Penumbra has been severly delayed and we have also been forced to cut down on making a triology. Instead we will release "Black Plauge" as the final installment of Penumbra. This will be done with a new publisher, Paradox Interactive, and we are extremly happy that things have finally turned out this good. Not too long ago, we where not even sure that there would be any more Penumbra games, and greatly thanks to the involvement of Paradox we can finish what we started.

To be honest I think that releaseing Black Plauge as a final chapter will be alot better than releasing the two planned episodes. The story will be alot tighter and not have any drawn out segments as you usally see midseason in other series Wink

I bought the game via Lexicon Entertainment, does this mean you didn't get any of my money? Sad

I can read Smile But if Black Plague is "final chapter" then why is Penumbra trilogy?

Does this mean that you continue from where the Overture ends, but with different story than you've planned for starters to continue the two episodes?

P.S.
Sorry for the double post, it was clean mistake! Smile

Whoa, this is kinda a bummer. Here I was looking forward to 2 more episodes, and there's only 1 planned =[

So anyways, on with my questions
Will the next episode (and final Sad ) be longer than episode one?
What improvements over the engine will this next game? (scripts, mod ability, variables outside the encrypted engine, ect)

About the picture:
On the larger size (http://www.fz.se/bilder/arkiv/3/39cx61er...o742qg.jpg) if you look closely in the water on the right side, you'll see a dead body.
The body on the other side (standing) appears to have his neck at a strange angle. Zombies/living dead/manipulated dead?

Please -REP me.
Honestly, please do. I want to see how low I can go!!
Ignore that error message too. Just ignore it and keep going to give me -rep.

Even without being a full trilogy, it's still cool with me. So long as there's an actual completion to the storyline, that's all that matters really. I didn't want to see a repeat of the SiN Episodes fiasco, kinda got burnt there.

Good news!
