Hey i just bought the collection of peumbra afet completing amnesia i thought it would be good to do but i cannot download the game i know my can run it so thats not the case i just dont know what to do some HELP! Confused

I got it from here on there store it won't download from there direct link and I'm really annoyed I paid good money for it and still bored Sad
