Amnesia Won't Start

Amnesia won't start. The screen goes black, but then I get a Blackbox error.

How can I get it to work?


Edit: My operating system is; Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition [5.1, Build 2600] and I think its 32-bit.
I have a laptop.
