Lost my Penumbra game in a hard disk crash

Unfortunately I have had a hard disk failure in which I lost my Penumbra Linux game. What should I do?

I'm not part of the company, so I can't speak for them, but if you have that serial number and/or whatever else it is, that "MAY" help but I honestly don't know.
What I did, was burn the file on a CD, and have the serial number on the back cover of the jewel case.
