Activation problem

I've typed in my activation code several times but it keeps saying it is invalid. I'm pretty sure I didn't make a mistake, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

All I can say is that you might be typing in the wrong code. You are given two codes after the purchase; the serial number and the other codes (each is labeled linux, mac, and windows). Try both of these (for the second code, choose the one next to the name on which you are running the game).
