I re texture him thx traggey for that tutorial.
I animate him now im done with the walking anim take a look ^^. sry for the low quality my internet is very slow 20kb upload max xD.

now he just have 2500 faces left.

The animation looks very lifeless and unrealistic, it's like instead of bones he's got a couple of sticks inside of his body.

The animations are good for now .
Im just happy someone wants to help finishing this stuff ive been doing and thats all Big Grin

I will try it but those models are bugging my Maya configs and then i get erros at the export.

Would it be possible to modify and remodel an existing Servant Grunt model into something else and leave the bones in same place ?

Yes, but it will still have to be re-rigged once the modeling is done.
