Problem with Amnesia!

Hello,
I have a problem with Amnesia.
Well before i updated i was able to play the game just fine.
I followed the guides i found here and i updated my display driver,unistalled it etc.(My Display Driver is ATI Mobility Radeon 4200 HD)
And nothing worked the hpl file is the same.
Also i updated the game to 1.2 version but nothing changed when i start the game i get a black screen and then a box with the violation error.

Yeah i guess the graphic card can't run properly with windows 8 :/
Any suggestions so i can make it work?
Because i don't have any plans on going back to 7 :/
Also i already saw that topic and nothing worked.

AMD has no drivers for Windows 8 for this card and so I cannot help anymore. Search google, maybe you can find any modified driver for Windows 8. Or downgrade to Windows 7.
