How to activate negative rating option in profile settings?

Hello, did anyone know how to do that?

Because I think it is totally noobish to disable that.
Looks like someone couldn't tolerate critics.

It's like EA, they closed all their forums because too many people said critics about games.
I'm a guy with honor and so I want fair rating options, not only positives.

When there exclusive are positives, it's not really posotive.
Something only can be positive, when there are even negatives.

Am I right, that nobody here has negative ratings?

neutral =/= negative rating. Having no option to give others negative rating is the default setting for this forum, and to be honest, I'm not sure if there even is a way to turn it on (I just took a quick look through the user CP and found no options).

This is strange to me, because I have seen some members with negative rating; I think it can only be given by moderators? Idk.

Negative rating was possible but they disabled the option to so for some reason. I think it's good that they removed it.

It was disabled because it got abused and caused alot of flaming.

Allowing people to give eachother a negative reputation is a bad idea, it will just cause bad blood and internet drama.

In various other sites the admin removes negative rep in favor of a zero-put down policy. It worked like if a person did a good job, reward them. If not, just don't look at the reputation. Negative rep always gets abused, so most just remove it after a few days.
