Hands & Dead Dog

Hiya

I'm stuck in dark room with Hands that has barbed wire on it and around the bed, I found the chest and opened the egg, it turned into a spider thing. Then a dead dog appears...

Anyone help after that?

I just put that thing on the table or so and then the door opens as i can remember.

I am in this room, have the egg out and on the hands. Nothing happens. It does not turn into a spider, no dead dog comes. What am I missing?

oops I didn't make myself clear. What I mean is that there is no dead dog anywhere in the room.
