Strange Crash

Hi guys I got a problem...

In the CHEMICAL LABORATORY level, after stealing the Substance-65 I get back in the first room ( the one in which there was the letal gas) I use the door leading out but during the loading screen the game crashes and i need to reboot the pc....wtf ??!??!!

-> athlon 64 3000+
-> 1,50 gb ram
-> hdd sata maxtor
-> vga: ATI X1950pro 512MB AGP gddr2 ( catalyst 0.711 ?!)
