Mouse problem

i have installed the game on my pc with windows vista. the driver of the all hardware is updated. the game run correctly, but can't move the mouse. the mouse is blocked on the upper left corner of the screen. i have try to re-install the mouse but nothing. i have contact the italian forum of the magazine tgm (the game machine) where i have buy the game, but i dont have received respons. sorry for my very bad englis, but i'am italian...
