window mode on BP?

I already edited the default config txt file to "false" and nothing. Them ive changed the resolution to but nothing. It still plays in full mode.

That's because you are not supposed to edit the default_config file!

The user settings are in My Documents/Penumbra/Black Plague/settings.cfg
