adventure collector's edition volume 1 Penumbra overture won't start

Hi I have no problems with Rhem 2 or Scratches but penumbra says "fatal error pointlight2d couldn't open" nothing I have found will work so any help would be greatly liked

Either your graphics card is not supported by the game or you will need to update the drivers for the graphics card. Download the latest driver, uninstall your current driver, restart the computer and then install the new driver.
