Cannot finish Install/find patches!

I just got Penumbra Haptx downloaded from Novint, along with a key in the email. Every time I initiate the installer, it crashes once I use the recommended authentication. I attempt to use the alternate (manual) authentication, and the website I'm directed to for authentication is no longer in service. So I cannot register the game.

On top of that, the Haptx page won't even link me to updates for the game, so I can't find patches. Need help!

Please try and contact haptx about this issue, http://haptx.com/. Unfortunately we do not know much about what authentication system they are using. You could also try and ask novint, in case it is their authentication system.
