I have all four and the mixing pot, how, or where, do I do it? Confused

You do it in the Laboratory room, downstairs in a room, there are thingy were you apply all the four ingredients and the mixing pot.

The laboratory is a bit annoying to find, just do the old "wall follow" to one side in the hub room.
