Choir Room Main Hall *Spoilers*

Ok so I am I in the Choir Room Main Hall, I have found three of the chambers and three pieces of the orb, are the other three chambers inside of this room or are they somewhere else? I found the wheel room, the coffin with spikes room, and the brass bull room.

I don't even see a piece of the orb, where do I start?

The 3 remaining pieces of the orb are found in the Transcept, which is beyond the other large door in Agrippa's room.
