Where is the vaccine? Spoilers obviously.

In the water area, I turned all 3 wheels. I think whatever was in the chamber is now dead. There's nothing in this area anymore, but I still need to vaccine. Where is it?

edit: Figured it out. The problem was due to a script bug. Two, actually. In the machine room, I had to re-set the lever that controlled one of the big piston/pumps. I put it back to its original position and once again to the correct position (I did this before without anvil). But doing it a second time triggered it, and now the second bridge is lowered.

Second script bug I ran into: I made a syringe out of the needle and the pipe, drilled the hole into the corpse, inserted the syringe, but I could not "use" it. I loaded an earlier game, inserted the pipe into the body first, THEN attached the syringe to it. It worked then.
