I don't know whether change of language helped or deleting whole profile of the game, but i think the second... Pros: i could move again, cons: all saves gone. Maybe there is a way to delete all profile except saves? Someone do try, probably the problem is somewhere in config files

Oh, and my problem began after i played a bit, then relaunched game and it popped up. Language of system is russian. Was and is now, but still works fine... Seems like...

did you install the 1.0.1 patch? (or latest from steam) as this is resolved in the 1.0.1 version of the game.
