Spot Light does not appear in map or in game [SOLVED]

I'm having some trouble with spotlights. Point lights and Box lights all work as intended, but the spot light does not actually shine at all. I can see the flicker effects activated and sound effects as well associated with the light but no light at all is coming from the starting point. Any help?
