Upside Down Graphics Throughout

I'm experiencing the same graphic glitch I've read of a few users having problems with. The game graphics are completely upside down apart from light highlights ( ie. the light shining through the window but not the actual window or the light from the candle but not the candle ). This problem is consistent throughout the game, even the title screen and cutscene at the beginning are upside down, I have tried installing new drivers, turning off insanity etc. I am using an ATI HD 3000-series graphics card so that's probably what's wrong but if there is anything I can do I would really appreciate the help!
