Tutorial/first level crash

Hi, sorry I haven't read the rules for posting and no I haven't searched the forums because I don't know what to search. I'm getting very impatient and desperate.

When I start a new game on Black Plague, I go through the tutorial perfectly fine, but when I reach the part about sneaking and shadows, the game crashes. If I skip the tutorial the game crashes after trying to load the first level. I checked my hpl file and found this:

Update the game to v1.1 and read the description.

Delete the "Penumbra" folder from the documents folder.
Then update all your graphic- and sound drivers.
Disable all anti vir programs.
Start the game as an administrator!

What sort of graphics card do you have?

Intels graphic cards are not for gaming.
You should have nVIDIA or ATi (AMD).

There is no support for Intel graphic cards.

I don't have any monies for a gaming computer. I got the one I use as a hand me down so I can't experience many pc games.
