Hole in water level map
So I can fall out of the map as many times as I want, (respawn) so it's definately a map problem. The room on the right with the lever, if you face the lever and go right, trying to hide behind the shelf, you fall off into oblivion. Just wanted you guys to know for possible bug fix.
