Fatal Error Renderer #0 =/

I looked around before posting this, so I know it's a somewhat common problem. I'm not very computer savvy, so I have no idea how to fix this, and none of the recommendations have worked. I've got an ATI mobility radeon X1600 graphics card. Any suggestions at all?

Um... I don't see a label on the computer that has it.

I went to System in the control panel and under computer it says:

Intel® Core™2 CPU
T7200 @ 2.00 GHz
2.00 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM
Physical Address Extension

I know that's probably not what you're looking for though... I just don't see a label with a model number or anything.
