Help with HPL editor

I decided to download the HPL editor to make my own story in Amnesia: The Dark Descent. I was extremely disappointed to find out that whenever I try to open an editor, I get an error saying "This application has failed to start because SDL.dll was not found."

How do I fix this?

P.S: I bought Amnesia on Steam, if that is any help.

Where did you extract the HPL Editor? You need to extract the Editor IN the game installation directory. (in the "amnesia the dark descent" folder within your SteamApps folder)
