Again the same Bullshit: Renderer 0 Error!

Hello,
this is what i tried:
Install 50 different driver (from Omega up to ATI 8.x-10.2) and reinstalled the OS,tried the Demo,tried look in the Bios for some problems but there is nothing. i looked in your thread and no solution helped..
what should I do?I got the X1650 from Radeon..
