how to open incinerator room???

hello,

i collected the 6 chemicals, now i am in the area with the two chemical stores (one of them is locked anyway), the lake ut**** and the incinrator room, i got the 6 chemicals, i was at the lake, but seems that there isnt anything to do yet for me at the lake, and now i am stuck, cause i dont know how to open the incinerator door, it says that i can open it with a tool or something, but none of my items works :-(

what must i use and when it is not one of my itmes, how to find it??
