No, everything looks fine. Your gpu is updated, right? You should have 275.33 - this is the latest. Can you show us a video of it? You can record it with fraps(free edition = 30 seconds - it should be enough):

Thanks for the video, that is strange. Have you tried moving a little-bit? Does it continue? Try lowering all the graphic options inside the game menu to the bottom and try again. Also, from the launcher or inside the game try different resolutions with all the graphics at the bottom starting from the lowest one.

Yes all that was tried before I posted the thread. I can move using the keyboard, but at that point the view stays on the ceiling.

Also, If I hit J on the keyboard to open <whatever J opens> in the game, the spinning stops, and the cursor is stuck in the top left of the screen. The cursor is usable when I hit esc to go to the game menu though.

Did you try running in window mode and see if the problem remains there?

Try firstly the windowed mode as Jens said. You said that the mouse is stuck at the top left corner of the screen. That reminds me a lot of this:

Are you sure that the previous version of SDL.dll didn't help at all?

It is in windowed mode. The SDL.dll fix did not fix it.

Can you try the game in another computer but with the current mouse you are using? It may be mouse drivers leftovers that cause that but... Anyway, try that if you can.

I don't have another computer that can run the game.
