All mouse interaction shows spinning ceiling..

OK, go to device manager, find the mouse drivers and uninstall them all including their files (there is a box that you need to tick in order that to happen). Reboot the computer and let it reinstall the mouse driver for your new gaming mouse. Also, make sure Windows is fully updated, there may be an update that fixes mouse problems or something similar.

OK, lets assume that this is a graphics driver problem. Do these:

1) Download Driver Sweeper and install it. Do not run it yet.
2) Uninstall the NVIDIA drivers and all of their components.
3) Now run Driver Sweeper. Select all NVIDIA, PHYSIX, ATI, AMD, etc traces and if it founds something delete them all.
4) Reboot your system and then download this(Driver 275.33 WHQL, do not use the latest beta or something else - 275.33 should be perfect):

5) After installation reboot your system again. Make sure that in device manager your NVIDIA card appears and try launching the game again.
