"Game is currently unavailable"

I got Amnesia on steam on Wednesday and ever since, every time i try to start up the game it says game is currently unavailable. I have reinstalled about 5-6 times now. I have verified game files, it says there are 2 bad files goes to recreate them but nothing happens. (makes the recreation download percentage but if i try it again it still say 2 files are bad). I have also tried defragmenting and that didn't work either. Finally i went into the amnesia folder and from excessive searching i found there is no Exe file! No matter how many times i delete all the content,(even things steam leaves behind)and redownload it, It still has no .Exe no matter what!

tried but none of them seem to be having the same problem or at least not in this magnitude.
