Ladders!

How do you make ladders? I really cannot get my head around it. I'v made the area and put a static ladder and I just zoom to the top, no climbing (I can climb back down) Please can someone help?

When the player interacts with the ladder area, they are placed in the center of it at the height that they interacted with it. If the center is blocked, the ladder area won't work properly.
