I just gave Black Plague a shot and I'm getting graphical issues there, too.
No missing walls or floors, and no crazy stretched textures, just a few invisible objects that appear to look like numerous glitching triangle shadows.
You can interact with them, but you can't see them.
I'm getting the insane 'stretched-across-my-screen' texture issue in Black Plague as well now (which can be seen in my Overture screenshots in my original post), coupled with the invisible items/shelves thing I mentioned earlier.
Though with Black Plague, it seems every time I load the save game, it's something new that's messing up.
