I was thinking in the game you use laudanum to heal, in Journals and the occasional flashback they mention that Daniel was using Laudanum to stave off nightmares and help him sleep, so I was thinking that the entire endeavor is a nightmare.[/font]

Actually, that was a separate potion. It's still in the files, but it's nowhere in the actual campaign. You can find it in the editor and a few custom stories.
