Opens what? The lever? Levers don't open. Use SetEntityConnectionStateChangeCallback if you want something to happen when the lever either reaches its maximum or minimum.

You're going to need to add prop force then. If you have it locked, then you're going to have to unlock it with SetSwingDoorLocked().
