downloaded and extracted white night and put it in custom storys folder but its not showing on custom storys in game Sad

It's a full conversion, not a standard story; the installation is different. I haven't downloaded it yet, but usually there is a readme file that you can refer to for download instructions.

simply extract all the content into your amnesia folder (in my - retail - case):
C:\Program\Amnesia - The Dark Descent\redist

Run the white night batch file (with the extension .bat)

Read the readme file inside the download.

If you really can't do it, use Desura installation.
