RE: Program to support Angel Script? - SilentStriker - 06-28-2012 Here's a tutorial, it was in the description of YC's video http://wiki.frictionalgames.com/hpl2/third_party_tools/text/geany RE: Program to support Angel Script? - Jagsrs28 - 06-28-2012 (06-28-2012, 09:55 PM)SilentStriker Wrote: Here's a tutorial, it was in the description of YC's video"Assuming you already have Geany installed" I am trying to get Geany installed -.- That was no help at all. RE: Program to support Angel Script? - Adny - 06-28-2012 Go here: http://www.geany.org/Download/Releases (Assuming your OS is Windows) click "geany-1.22_setup.exe" Navigate to where it saved the installer then double click it to install. Personally, I prefer Notepad++, after you get the hang of it, it's very simple. There's really no need to have the program memorize all of the scripts for you when you can just look on the wiki page for all of them using the search function (ctrl+f). But, to each his own, I suppose RE: Program to support Angel Script? - SilentStriker - 06-28-2012 With some basic google searching and a bit of reading and geany wouldn't be a problem to install RE: Program to support Angel Script? - General Gregsworth - 06-29-2012 First step my dear sir, Go here: http://www.geany.org/Download/Releases Next step, Install it! Third step, Go to the wiki and use a tutorial to configure it specially for AngelScript. RE: Program to support Angel Script? - Cruzore - 06-29-2012 Geany is also good for syntax mistake solving. When there are more functions than displayed on the left, then you can determine at which function that mistake must be. Really helpful when you got a 10+ functions script.
