(Note: I'm saying this so that you wouldn't have any more problems or money loss.)
If you're gonna buy a new graphic card, please don't use Intel. Intel may/may not be compatible with OpenGL at all. So buy either AMD/NVidia graphic cards.

Before buying a game, it's your responsibility to check whether your hardware can run it. Intel graphics card are not supported as said at the game requirements.

Paid euros for nothing...where is frictional now?
I am in a sucking position because i got the wrong graphics card...FAIR!

If it gives you any hope, I'm running on an integrated card and I can play it just fine. It's a relatively newer one, but still unsupported.

Make sure your drivers are up to date and try googling your problem, might be some sort of fix available. I honestly forget if I had to do something special for it to run.
